Do I have to wear a mask?

a masquerade face mask is required to enter.  If you arrive to registration without one, you will be refused admission without a refund.

What is the dress code?

Costumes fitting our theme or formal attire with a mask are REQUIRED.  Imaginative costumes are highly encouraged.  No Jeans. No sneakers. 

Costume Regulations:

If you attend in modern, black tie attire (Tux or Formal Gown) you will be asked to keep your mask on at all time or you will be asked to leave with no refunds.  

What happens if I violate the dress code?

You will not be permitted to enter past registration.  If you are inside, without a mask, you may be asked to keep your on throughout the night or asked to leave if you are unable to comply with our dress code requirements.  There will be no refunds.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are only available on our website.  NEVER purchase tickets from any other sources, as we WILL NOT back them as authentic.  All ticket sale purchases are final with no refunds and no transfers.  Ticket sales end 14 days prior to the event. 

Where are my tickets?

Tickets get sent out to the email address you ordered with 30 days prior to the Masquerade Ball.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open to general admission at 7:30pm and close at 11:30pm. 

Will there be food and drink available?

There are open cash bars for drinks all evening.  Hor' dourves are only provided to the Noble ticket holders during the Social Hour and VIP table ticket holders receive charcuterie boards for their tables.  

I have Noble tickets, what do I do?

You will want to be at the venue at 6:30pm for check-in. The Social Hour is from 7pm to 8pm only.  After check-in you will directed to the private room where you will have a live performance, hor' dourves and receive a few drink tickets. Once the Ball officially begins, a herald will announce your entrance into the ballroom with the name of your choosing.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Smoking and vaping is ONLY allowed in the parking lot of Jungle Jim's.  Violators will be asked to leave with no refunds.

Where do I park?

You can park anywhere in the Jungle Jim's parking lot.
